Strength & Mobility Certification Course 2

Volume II · CPD Internationally Certified · Lifetime Access · 4 CPD Points

Learn how to blend Mobility Training & Strength Training: You Can't Be Strong Where You Can't Move. Learn How to Fix That.

5 modules covering the mobility demands of strength training: from foundational compound lifts like squats & bench press to advanced movements like sissy squats & cossacks, so strength and mobility build on each other, not compete with each other.

Tutor support is personal and direct. To maintain that standard we take on new students in batches.

The current group closes 4th June — enrol before then to secure your spot and direct access to Hali and Calum.

Video Explainers

Learn It. See It. Apply It.

We reference hundreds of scientific studies in our summarised text — so you don't have to spend years reading like we did.

Our video lessons break down every exercise and movement covered in the course exactly as you'd need to apply it in a client session, step by step.

Coaches across disciplines have transformed how they programme mobility + strength . Here's what they said.

The Curriculum

You can't be strong where you can't move. We show you the science behind why we blend strength & mobility training & we cover how to identify & develop mobility for strength training in depth via video lessons.

1.

Module 1

Introduction & Programming Methods:

The science behind blending strength and mobility training, and the methods available to integrate both from session one.

Understand why the two disciplines belong together — and how to stop treating mobility as a warm-up bolt-on.

2.

Module 2

Mobility for Foundational Strength Movements:

  • Squats

  • Deadlifts

  • Bench

  • Pull-ups

  • Barbell Hip Thrusts

  • Overhead Press,

  • Dips & Pullovers.

The lifts your clients already do. Now you'll know exactly what's limiting them and how to address it.

3.

Module 3

Mobility for Advanced & Unconventional Movements:

  • Lateral Squats / Cossack Squats

  • Windmills

  • Pistol squat

  • Squats (Sissy Squats,
    Bulgarian Split Squats,
    Kang Squats, Shrimp Squats,
    Cyclist Squats,
    Knees Over Toes Split Squats)

  • Advanced Hinges
(Straddle Good Mornings, Pancakes, Middle Split Holds & Hinges, Seated Straddle Good Mornings)

  • Advanced Overhead Work
    (Bent Press)

4.

Module 4

Problem Areas.

Targeted Strength & Mobility Development:

  • Hamstrings
    (RDLs, Deficit Deadlifts,
    Slider Curls & Eccentrics,
    DB Curls & Isometrics)

  • Quads
    (Sissy Squats,
    Natural Leg Extensions,
Leg Extensions, VMO focus Cyclist Squats)

  • Chest & Triceps

  • Biceps & Rows

Stop programming around weaknesses. Start programming for fixing them.

5.

Module 5

Case Study Walkthrough

Real client scenario applying the full methodology from assessment through to programming.

The method becomes a session plan. This is where it all comes together.

Please ensure you understand joint assessments from Mobility Certification 1 or have done a similar course before.

Video Lessons with Hali & Calum

  • Every method is taught and demonstrated on screen by Hali and Calum.

  • You'll see joint function explained in relation to each specific lift and movement, with regressions and progressions shown so you know exactly how to adapt for the client in front of you.

  • No gap between the lesson and the session floor.

Research-Backed. Practically Applied.

  • Each module comes with supporting documents covering joint function in relation to the strength exercises taught.

  • You will get summaries of current research on mobility and strength integration; condensed so you can apply it without wading through days of academic papers.

  • The course closes with an assessed online test. Pass it and you're certified.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes — and it's the ideal next step. Course 2 picks up exactly where Course 1 leaves off, applying your assessment and programming foundations directly to strength training. There is no overlap between the two — every module in Course 2 is fresh content built specifically around the demands of strength training.

  • We recommend completing the Mobility Certification (Course 1) before starting Course 2 — the assessment and programming foundations taught there are essential to getting the most out of this course. If you have an equivalent background in movement assessment from another qualification, you'll be well placed to follow the content.

  • You can retake it for free up to 1x & we are here to help you along the way!

  • Yes, you can check with your local awarding body how many points this course translates to in whatever country you coach. It has 4 REPS points

  • Yes. You'll hold an internationally recognised CPD certification qualifying you to incorporate strength and mobility coaching into your professional practice — whether you work with general population clients, athletes, or specialist populations.

  • No. Course 1 covers joint anatomy, movement assessments, tissue adaptation and mobility programming methodology. Course 2 applies an entirely different curriculum — the mobility demands of specific lifts, advanced movement progressions and targeted problem areas. They are designed to work together as a complete system, they not repeat each other.
